Here’s what happens after you book:

✅ We’ll assess your needs, medical history, scalp sensitivity, and style goals
✅ I’ll walk you through the process, from custom design to insurance paperwork
✅ You’ll be able to ask all your questions—no pressure, no judgment
✅ By the end, we’ll have a plan to create your cranial prosthesis and get you crowned

No-Show / Missed Appointment Fee:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged.

Late Cancellation Fee:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will also incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
